NS-M9096 Mini Stack Sampler Overview The Mini Stack Sampler is easy-to-use, self-contained in a weatherproof carrying case and fully complies with requirements of ISO 9096, BS 6069 and BS 3405. U.S. EPA has approved the NS-M9096 sampler for use in any instance where EPA Method 17 is allowed.
The unique flow control system of the Mini Stack Sampler maintains a fixed flow rate through the sampler during pressure drop increases due to the collection of particulate on the filter. This improves overall flow measurement accuracy.NS-M9096 Mini Stack Sampler Specifications

NS-M9096 Mini Stack Sampler Design The standard Mini Stack Sampler consists of a meter console with integral flow meter, flow regulator, dry gas meter and pump along with a sample tube, extendible modular probe, a 47mm filter holder, drying handle, moisture indication tube and four sampling nozzles.
An optional handheld microprocessor-based Profiler is available to determine the velocity profile in the duct or stack by measuring temperature and differential pressure in the flowing air stream. The Profiler also measures ambient pressure and temperature and logs all the data recorded on a point-by-point basis.
Optional impinger systems and heated probes may be used when gaseous compounds are to be trapped downstream of the filter.NS-M9096 Mini Stack Sampler Features

Gas Instrumentation
At New Star, we offer many different options for stack monitoring. Our Mini stack sampler provides a portable, light-weight options for the measurement of particulates and gases, while the Profile not only reads and data logs the temperature and differential pressure of each traverse point along with ambient temperature and pressure, but also displays them as a graph on the screen giving an instant picture of velocity and whether it is suitable for isokinetic sampling. Our selection of stack instruments is sure to fill all your needs. If you're unsure of any of our gas instrumentationitems, please contact us with questions.
